RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused feeders returned in original condition.
- Custom items, final sale items, assembled items, installed items, and used items are not eligible for refund.
- If your feeder arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Rancho within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Original shipping charges, freight charges, delivery fees, and freight deposits are non-refundable once shipment has been scheduled or completed.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping or freight costs unless the return is due to a Rancho error or the item arrived damaged.
