Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused rifle cases returned in original condition.

Custom items, final sale items, and used items are not eligible for refund.

If your rifle case arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Rancho Hunting Products or the item arrived damaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
