Returns and Refunds
Refunds accepted within 30 days for unused items. Custom, final sale, and used items are excluded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error or the item arrived damaged.
