Refunds accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items returned in original condition. Custom items, final sale items, and used items are not eligible for refund. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error or the item arrived damaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days after shipment, though delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier delays, and inventory availability.
