Rancho Hunting Products proudly supported the Sixth Annual Pesca de Mayo, a fishing tournament in Rockport, Texas, that helps support Camp Aranzazu and its mission to create accessible, empowering, and intentional camp experiences for campers of all ages and abilities.
Camp Aranzazu cultivates belonging in a coastal environment by creating camp experiences built around connection, confidence, and access. That mission is one Rancho is proud to stand behind.
At Rancho, we believe the outdoors should bring people together. It should build community, carry tradition forward, and create space for more people to experience the kind of belonging and confidence that time outside can offer.
Supporting Pesca de Mayo is one way we help support that kind of work.
The weekend begins with the silent and live auction kickoff party on Friday, May 1, followed by the tournament on Saturday, May 2. Together, those events help raise support for Camp Aranzazu and the experiences it creates for its campers and families.
The event also carries a personal connection for Rancho. Grant Gilbert, owner of Rancho Hunting Products, is a founding board member of Pesca de Mayo, making this a cause that means something not only to the brand, but to the people behind it.
Last year, Pesca de Mayo raised $75,000, a strong reminder of what can happen when a community shows up for a meaningful cause.
This year, Rancho donated several products to the live auction, including a deer blind, rifle case, grill box, feeders, knives, coolers, and thermoses. Each one reflects the kind of gear we believe in: practical, hard-wearing, and built to be used.
We are proud to support an event that helps fund the mission of Camp Aranzazu while bringing people together around fishing, fellowship, and the Texas coast. Supporting Pesca de Mayo feels like a natural extension of who we are and what we value.
